Xiaomi is preparing to unveil a new device or more of them at an event taking place on April 23rd in Beijing. From what we’ve understood, the fast-growing Chinese vendor is working on two exciting devices, it’s very first tablet and successor to the Mi3 smartphone.
What you can see here are the leaked photos of the rumored Mipad, which like all Xiaomi products, should offer an awesome bang for the buck. It will, however, be an entry-level device with specs that include a 720p HD screen, Snapdragon 400 chipset, 8-megapixel camera on the back, 1GB of RAM, and an optional 4G LTE connectivity. Perhaps we get multiple versions of the tablet, one of which could rock more RAM and an additional gigabytes of internal storage.
As for the Mi3S, it will likely keep a full HD screen, while boasting an improved front-facing camera, faster Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chip, 3GB of RAM and, for the first time, 4G LTE support.
Xiaomi products are known to sell out in record amount of time and we expect these two to follow suit. Initially they’ll be available in China only, with other countries getting them shortly afterwards…
