Sony has added some swagger to its SmartWatch 2 this morning, giving the wearable device 400 new apps and some new watch faces. The SmartWatch 2 will is also slated for a software update, which will be rolling out today, and is now available for download in the Google Play Store. The update “introduces a range of fresh and useful features” and squashes some bugs. The update gives the SmartWatch 2 a few features which can be used without being connected to a smartphone, a feature all smartwatch manufacturers should aspire to.
