The other day we’ve told you that Samsung is working on the premium Tab S tablet series and today we’re happy to show you leaked photos of the 10.5-inch model.
Unlike other Samsung tablets currently selling, the Tab S line-up will boast AMOLED rather than LCD-based screens. This in theory should allow these devices to work for longer hours.
Looking at the tablet from the front, you can see a device that looks very much like the Galaxy TabPRO/NotePRO 10.1 models. However, that home button will reportedly include a fingerprint sensor, allowing multiple users to securely login, make secure payments and so on.
On the back of the device, we see perforated material that reminds us on the Galaxy S5 and two dots near the bottom, which apparently will be used for Samsung’s book cover. This is a novelty and we are looking forward to see what will Samsung do with it.
Again, the tablets in the Galaxy Tab S range will rock a 2560×1600 display, octa-core Exynos 5420 chip, 8-megapixel rear and 2.1-megapixel front cameras, optional LTE connectivity and IR blaster, while Android 4.4 KitKat will run the show with Sammy’s own Magazine UX singing on top. Anyone looking to get one these?
