Microsoft has just taken the wraps off of the Surface Pro 3, a 12-inch screened tablet that is being touted as a “tablet that can actually replace your PC.” The Surface Pro 3 is powered by a Core i7 processor. The Surface Pro 3 is certainly a burled out device, and kicks those rumors of Microsoft working on a smaller Surface tablet to the curb.
While we haven’t gotten the official spec sheet from Microsoft yet, we do know that the Surface Pro 3 is 9.1 MM thick, and the speakers are 45% louder than previous Surface tablets. Of course, Windows 8 is on board, and an optimized version of Photoshop was shown off as well.
We’ll have more details for you on the Surface Pro 3 once Microsoft’s press conference has concluded.
