Another Samsung Android clamshell heading to China

It seems that many mobile users in China still prefer flip phones as we have Samsung preparing to launch another such device there. The Samsung SM-G9098, got a page at Samsung China website from where we get to learn what’s it all about; it sports two 3.7-inch WVGA (480×800 pixels) Super AMOLED screens, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core chip clocked at 2.3GHz and 2GB of RAM. In addition, there’s also a pair of cameras — 13-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front-facing one — and the ability to “handle” 2 SIM cards. One of the SIM slots is made for China Mobile’s TD-SCDMA SIM card and the other one for standard GSM card. So we know which company will get to sell this phone. What we don’t know is whether it will ever be offered in other parts of the world. Or other carriers in China for that matter…

Not sure why Samsung keeps these devices for China only? I would like to have one of these. ;)
