A new, still unannounced Samsung smartphone has been caught at a retail listing in Vietnam, revealing that the company is working on yet another device in its Galaxy range.
The upcoming Galaxy V doesn’t have anything to do with fictional Samsung Apex. Instead, it’s an entry-level smartphone made for the world’s emerging markets with specs that include a 4-inch 480 x 854 pixels screen, 512MB of RAM, unspecified 1.2GHz processor and 3-megapixel camera on the back. There’s also 4GB of internal memory that can be expanded with microSD cards, Wi-Fi and 3G Bluetooth connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0, two SIM card slots and a 1,500 mAh battery, while Android 4.4.2 KitKat is running the show. Size wise, the V measures 121.2×62.7×10.65 mm.
Finally, the price – according to GSMarena, Samsung will ask $108 for the unlocked device, which seems kinda steep if you ask me… And you don’t. 😉
