Before you go, wow – it’s available in Europe, I must add that this isn’t the case of Xiaomi’s expansion to the Old Continent. Rather, it’s an effort of a local importer who most likely doesn’t have the official relationship with so called “Apple of China.”
In any case, the Mi4 is now up for pre-order, with the 16GB, non-LTE model going for 394.90 EUR ($530 USD). In order to secure your unit, you’ll have to pay the full amount upfront and wait for the day for Xiaomi’s flagship to arrive to your doorsteps. As I’m writing this, we’ve no idea when the 64GB variant will be available; the situation is similar with the 4G LTE-enabled Mi4.
Those uninitiated should know that the Xiaomi Mi4 is touted as the world’s fastest smartphone, despite rocking hardware that is similar to other flagship devices. It has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 quad-core chip clocked at 2.5GHz, 3GB of RAM, 5-inch full HD screen, 13-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front cameras, both boasting Sony-made sensors. There’s also a 3,080 mAh battery that should provide users with enough juice to get them through the day and then some.
So, is anyone looking to get the Mi4 unlocked from an Italian importer? If so, proceed to this page to get the missing details…
