MICHELIN guide Restaurants

Although we haven’t talked about the first “MICHELIN guide Restaurants” iPhone applications for France and Europe, we’ll spare few moments to talk about the next titles ViaMichelin has released. We’re talking about six applications — two titles in the United States (for New York and San Francisco) and four in Europe (for Germany, Spain & Portugal, Italy and the United Kingdom).

Each application features all of the restaurants selected by the MICHELIN guide, including starred restaurants and Bib Gourmand eateries which offer excellent value for money. Using iPhone’s built-in location capabilities, MICHELIN guide Restaurants will help you find a nearby restaurant and call for a reservation. Each listing comes with detailed information, as well as MICHELIN guide comments. Users can also upload and share their opinion of the restaurant.

As for the pricing, apps range from $6.99 for each of the US apps and 7.99 EUR for each of the European countries to 14.99 EUR for the European title listing all of the restaurants selected in Europe. You can get them by simply searching for “michelin” in iTunes.
