Sprint launches Samsung Instinct S30!

samsung-instinct-s30-5Samsung’s original Sprint Instinct did a great job of blowing away previous sales records, and Sprint’s looking for a repeat performance with their updated Samsung Instinct S30. And, it looks like Sprint has gone ahead and launched the sleeker, more refined Samsung Instinct S30 for the touchscreen-fiends out there. Despite that alleged Best Buy circular that hinted at an $80 Samsung Instinct S30, Sprint is offering their Samsung Instinct S30 for $129.99 with new 2-year contract (and $100 mail-in rebate, of course).

For those of you hoping for higher-end hardware, the new Samsung Instinct S30 isn’t going to make much sense. The Instinct S30 sports the same 3.2-inch resistive touchscreen display, 2-megapixel camera, GPS and Bluetooth 2.0 (A2DP) as its predecessor, the original Instinct. Samsung also saw to it that their Instinct S30 was outfitted with the highly-regarded Opera Mini 4.2 mobile web browser, to ensure users will enjoy a desktop-like browsing experience on their mobile phone. But, if you’ve been resisting the Samsung Instinct’s siren call, this new Samsung Instinct S30 might be too much to hold out on.
