Having trouble downloading Apple’s shiny new iOS 7? Chill out, you are not alone. As is par for the course when Apple releases a new iOS, users are having some trouble downloading the big update to their iDevices. This is more than likely due to the millions of amped up Apple fans trying to download the update at the same time, and Apple’s servers being bogged down by all of the requests.
Twitter users are reporting problems when trying to download the update on their devices. One source claims to have received an “update is unavailable” message after multiple attempts to download the update.
It appears that updating an iDevice through iTunes is working however, so try plugging your device into your computer and updating it that way.
With Apple’s recent iTunes activation server outages, it’s no surprise that Apple users are jumping to extreme conclusions.
So there ya go guys, just be patient. iOS 7 will arrive soon.
