If you’re in the market for a new iPhone 5S or 5C, you may want to check out Wal-Mart. The retailer has just slashed its prices on the 16 GB variants of the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 5C, coming in at $119 and $29 respectively. The low price requires customers to sign a new two-year contract with Sprint, Verizon or AT&T. That’s a pretty significant price drop, especially for the iPhone 5S which can sometimes run upwards of $189 with a new two-year contract.
You’ve gotta venture into one of Wal-Mart’s retail locations to take advantage of these low iPhone prices, and models are subject to availability.
The price drops have led to speculation that an iPhone 6 is right around the corner, which just isn’t true. Apple isn’t prone to big surprises like that, and besides, we haven’t even seen any decent leaks of the iPhone 6 yet. We’ll keep you updated when we do!
