A workout log I created for myself to take to the gym. I thought I would share it with the world. Gives you the ability to record a description of the workout, date, weight, any cardio or weight lifting and comments about the workout.
In the future I plan to add stats/graphs to show trends over time and achievements for certains things. I hope you enjoy.
Just a few clarifications:
- The app saves automatically when you dismiss a popover or create a new workout. That's why there is no Save button anywhere. I should have added an activity indicator at least. I will make it more intuitive in the next update. Again I apologize.
