The National Weather Service provides a little known and hard-to-find, but highly useful product called the Hourly Weather Graph. It's a graph of precipitation chance, temperature, sky cover, wind speed and direction, and other variables depending upon the season. This app (not produced by the National Weather Service) provides the 36-hour hourly weather graph for your iPhone's current location with an iPhone look and feel.
