Did you ever wonder who are the people anonymously referred to as "trained storm spotter"?. Did you ever get fascinated by reports of Severe weather, tornadoes, blizzards and floods? Most likely they were just volunteer STORM CHASERS "supporting their local community and government by providing the NWS with timely and accurate severe weather reports. If you are interested in weather and you are willing to relay your observations in timely and accurate manner, then it is really easy to become an official storm spotter.
