WhatsApp, the wildly popular messaging app, is rumored to be negotiating a huge deal with Google that sees the company being bought out for $1 billion dollars. T-Mobile is readying its support for its upcoming iPhone on its AWS network. We’ve known for some time now that the iPhone 5 doesn’t support T-Mo’s 1700 MHz 3G band but it can be modified to work. According to TMoNews, Magenta plans to push out a carrier update on April 5th enabling LTE and Visual Voicemail among other features to the iPhone 5. Spotify for iOS just got updated to version 0.6.2. In this new version Ford drivers get a nice treat, as it will support Ford’s voice-controlled SYNC AppLink platform. This gives Premium account subscribers access to Spotify playlists and radio using the hands-free platform integrated in newer Ford vehicles. We’ve finally gotten our answer to when we can all expect the HTC One to hit stores, and that day is April 19. Windows Phone is growing, folks. Yes, you heard right. The Microsoft mobile operating system is slowly taking market share away from both BlackBerry and Symbian. In a chart showing February of last year to this year, Windows Phone has seen a modest 1.4 percent uptick in that time frame. Google has finally opened up device sales through its Play Store to folks living in India. At the moment, the only device available for purchase is the 16GB WiFi Nexus 7. The 7-inch Google tablet will run customers 15,999 rupees ($294) and should deliver by April 5th. It’s that time of the year were analyst begin to ratchet up speculation to the next generation iPhone.
