Huawei A199 is a new Android Jelly Bean smartphone heading to the company’s own backyard, namely China Telecom’s portfolio. Specs wise, it comes with a 5-inch 720p HD screen, Huawei’s quad-core processor (K3V2) clocked at 1.5GHz, 2GB of RAM, dual cameras (8-megapixel on the back, 1.3-megapixel front-facing one), 8GB of internal storage and a 2,150mAh battery.
