Like all of the new Nokia (NYSE: NOK) smartphones, E70 runs on Symbian OS 9.1 with the S60 3rd Edition interface. E50 smarpthone is ready for the US, according to the FCC. The smallest of Nokia Eseries offers enterprises a cost-efficient way to extend mobility to a broader range of employees, by providing employees an access to corporate email whenever required.
The interesting part is that FCC actually approved 2 (yes, that’s two) Nokia (NYSE: NOK) E50 phones – one with the 1.3 MP camera and one without camera. Surprise, surprise – Nokia haven’t mentioned anything about E50 with camera.
Anyway, it’s good to see Nokia is adding camera to its entry level smartphone.

After $84 million loss of the Enterprise unit, Nokia seems pleased with the news. Meantime, we all expect to see the latest and smallest phone of the E-series – E50.

There ware rumors earlier this year about the Nokia (NYSE: NOK) E62 – the Nokia E61 without WiFi for the US market. Well, the Engadget guys say that little birdie told them that Cingular will very soon introduce the Nokia E62. The same birdie got them the picture. What a birdie!
Beside the WiFi, E62 won’t be the UMTS device, but will still have all other features of E61. It’s clear that this move could drive Nokia forward in the US market, where both RIM and Palm (NSDQ: PALM) have strong positions in the business handset market.
