Third-party, native iPhone applications are all the rage recently. And, with Apple’s forthcoming iPhone SDK on the horizon, we’d imagine that a lot of Windows-users are going to be gunning for a head-start on developing for the iPhone’s Mac OS. Unfortunately, an out-of-the-box iPhone development toolchain has been limited to Mac users – until now.
David Supuran over at iPhoneGameOver Wiki has put together an iPhone Binary Toochain Installer for Windows users, complete with installation instructions.
You’ll need a jailbroken iPhone, an Apple Online Developer account, and a bit of UNIX savvy (Cygwin runs the show). Grab the Windows Binary Toolchain Installer for your iPhone here.
