Samsung has announced a new 3G clamshell phone J400. The stylish device is simple to use, and beside UMTS radio, it also packs 2″ 128×220 262K color screen, external monochrome display, 1.3 MP camera, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, and of course the microSD memory card slot. As for the size, the J400 measures 99×49.5×15.9 mm and has a weight of 99.5 grams.
