seven-logo1SEVEN has announced that it has added more than 50 new devices to its growing portfolio, bringing the total number of SEVEN-powered devices to more than 500 worldwide. The company’s leadership position and expertise in mobile messaging and push technology for mobile applications has been a driving factor in this growth.

SEVEN’s ability to support, with one solution, multiple services, operating systems and form factors, and most importantly expand the list of services provided on any specific device even after launch has been a key differentiator. For the majority of supported devices, SEVEN is fully embedded with a choice of personal and corporate email services already pre-configured. This out-of-the-box experience is what has enabled SEVEN to drive near 100 percent adoption of its services on many key devices.

Accelerated user adoption is evidenced by the recent launches of SEVEN on flagship devices such as the Nokia E71 at AT&T and Hutchison 3G properties in the UK, Italy and Australia; the Samsung Instinct S30 at Sprint; the Nokia N97 at Telefonica and 3 in the UK; the SonyEricsson W995 at 3UK; and the Samsung Finesse at MetroPCS.

Finally, in the first half of this year, SEVEN added mobile email for Android devices to its portfolio of services. The new solution was released in the second quarter as a Beta offering for the SEVEN online community, which acts as a user advisory board for SEVEN, providing on-going feedback on new features and ease-of-use for SEVEN products. A recent survey shows that 92 percent of the community members would recommend SEVEN to friends, family and colleagues, another measure of SEVEN’s success and ability to drive adoption and loyalty from mobile end users.
