In some more BlackBerry love from Salomondrin, we’ve got some leaked images of the upcoming BlackBerry Essex! The Essex appears to be the CDMA replacement of the BlackBerry Tour that packs a new trackpad, WiFi (yay!), and a much better camera. No details on the actual camera technology used, I’m kind of hoping that we’ll see some ‘liquid lens‘ love here as per the BlackBerry Dakota post I posted not so long ago.
Stay tuned for more on this one. Rumor has is the Essex could hit the market early in 2010.
Note: Looks to me like there’s still some protective plastic on the screen and trackpad, so if you were wondering what the funny glare and strange hashmarks are on the trackpad… I think it’s the plastic you’re seeing.
