The Motorola Droid has so far impressed almost everyone that’s had a chance to play with it for any appreciable length of time. But, there are some problems. The 5-megapixel camera tends to autofocus like it’s got astigmatism and voice clarity could really use some improvement. Thankfully, Verizon has let it be known that they’ll be sending out an Android 2.0.1 update to all Droid owners in the “coming weeks.” The update will be rolled out over-the-air (OTA) and should fix the camera autofocus problems as well as enhance voice call quality.
Keep an eye on your Droid, it may soon be blessed with some bug fixes, courtesy of Verizon and Google’s Android 2.0.1 OS!
