PF Digital Inc. have announced a new ‘connected’ photo frame, which has some very interesting new features – including being able to receive pics and videos from your mobile devices.
The TouchConnect features 10.2″ touchscreen interface, Twitter client, access to photo sharing applications – such as Flickr, Picasa, Facebook and RSS Feeds – and the Remote Album via Gmail. This allows users to send pictures and videos directly from their iPhone, Blackberry, or other smart phone device.
With ability to add features remotely, eStarling is now rolling out Google Calendar functionality, password protection, and direct photo uploads over an internal network. These new features are only possible through the frame’s unique automatic updates and are available to every active frame, no matter when they were purchased. The over-the-air firmware updates allow the addition of new features as well as the improvement of current features.
