Need for Speed Shift 3D for BlackBerry, Anyone?

Need for Speed Shift 3D for BlackBerry

Available for purchase right now in App World comes the Open GL ES’d to-the-max Need for Speed Shift 3D. The new entry from Electronic Arts is available for the Storm2 9550 only, and prices in at a cool $9.99.

The game is probably the most intense 3D simulation put together for BlackBerry to date. Dynamic camera angles put you in the drivers seat if you wish, or take on a broader view of the car and track for a more traditional experience. EA have integrated a set of touch controls that are quite playable… Touch to break, swipe the screen to activate your nitrous, use the built-in accelerometer to steer, and quickly tilt your Storm2 left or right to do some drifting.

In the game you get to drive some sweet cars, including the Mitsubishi Lancer, Nissan 370Z, Dodge Viper SRT10, Ford GT, Nissan GT-R, BMW M3 Gt2, Lamborghini Gallardo and Pagani Zonda. Nice. You can also take your ride to tracks in Chicago, London, Dubai and Italy in quick race or career mode.

So, do you have the ‘Need for Speed’? Hit up the App Store link below to fulfill those desires.

Note to EA: A demo would be nice? $9.99 is a lot to ask without a preview!
