Time for an official OS update… But this one is a little weird. The update is for the Storm2, and comes to us via Sasktel… a carrier that doesn’t even have the device yet! I guess we can assume the Storm2 will be arriving on Sasktel any day now, as I’d have to consider a release like this ‘letting the cat out of the bag’, or in this case, the Storm2.
At any rate, this official release brings Storm2 users up to OS 5.0.0.517. You can grab it right here. As always, be sure to backup your device and take all necessary precautions before you proceed, AND, let us know if you notice any marked improvements, changes or enhancements in this build!
