New and Improved ‘My Rogers’ Makes Account Management and Support a Breeze

My Rogers Account Overview

Recently Rogers made some big improvements to their online ‘My Rogers’ service. So far, the changes have been received well, and I can attest to this. The new ‘My Rogers’ makes it easy for customers to view their account 24/7, make changes, setup email notifications, view payment histories, update ‘MY5’ numbers and a whole lot more.

When you login, you’ll notice the site is divided into 5 main areas: Overview, Bills & Payments, Plans & Packages, Hardware and Profile. Let’s take a look at the Overview first.

The first thing you may notice is your account and billing information at the top left. Changing the information is as easy as clicking the ‘update’ link to punch in new info. Same deal with your billing info. View your current balance, the due date, and payment method. If you’d like to change how you pay, you can go ahead and change that too! In the main content area of the overview page you’ll notice your voice, data and messaging stats for the month. This is awesome, as you can quickly see at a glance how much of your voice minutes, data GB’s and messages you’ve used up for the month. If you’re a heavy ‘power user’, you may want to keep tabs on this to ensure you don’t go over your limits.

Moving on to the other areas, in the Bills and Payments section you’ll be able to view your bills online, make payments, manage your payment details, view payments histories, and a lot more. The Plans & Packages section lets you view your current plan, make changes, and tack on add-ons among other things. A Hardware section gives you an overview of your device, lets you upgrade it (if you want), get support specifically for your device, personalize the device with apps, ringtones and music… and finally, the ‘My Rogers Profile’ section lets you manage your password, email address, marketing permissions and more.

Within each area there’s also a support center. No matter where you are, you should notice it in the left hand column somewhere. This area pulls up top questions, popular videos and a chat feature, all centered around the current area you’re browsing. Bottom line, if you have a question, this is where you should go for help.

In the end, Rogers has done a great job making an all-in-one account management solution for customers. I can’t think of anything else I’d like to see in here… it makes things pretty darn easy, and almost completely eliminates the need to call customer service, which, I’m sure, some of you have had some ‘lovely’ experiences with *sarcasm alert*.

If you’re a Rogers customer, you’ll want to login to experience this for yourself. To sign in, hit up My Rogers and punch in your username and pass. There’s also an easy new user registration form available for Rogers subscribers looking for quick access to their account.
