I don’t know about you, but I’m all about the efficiency of getting things done when I’m managing my accounts online. Well now thanks to T-Mobile UK, it should be easier for their users to get things done (via their ‘My T-Mobile’ login), since it’s all been redesigned.
With the shift to self-service (which puts the onus for things squarely on the shoulders of the end-user), it’s really quite important indeed that this re-design works, so let’s hear from any IntoMobile UK readers about how they are finding the ‘My T-Mobile’ part of the site now.
Actually, I may well end up getting to try it myself soon, if that is, I can get hold of an HTC Desire on the network!
