Scarface: Last Stand hits the AppStore; Mafia wannabes rejoice!

Brian De Palma’s Scarface is hitting mobile phones… again. This time we’re talking about the iPhone title called Scarface: Last Stand.

The game sees you leading Al Pacino on his way to glory. Actually, it doesn’t follow the storyline of the movie — rather, you’re attacked by hordes of criminals – all who want to see you dead. Of course, it’s your job to stop and kill them, before they kill you. According to the developer, Tricky Software, there’s no really much thinking involved in the game – as soon as you see an enemy, shoot to kill (and not be killed).

There are 30 levels to play, two game modes, 15 different weapons — all which should help keep you entertained for a while. The price of the game is somewhat high (considering how cheap most of the iPhone games are these days) and it’s $6.99. I’m guessing the license holder wants a buck or so from each of the game sold and that’s what’s making Scarface: Last Stand more expensive. Still, few bucks more shouldn’t stop the real fun from clicking the link below, right? 😉
