A few days ago we all got a little look at the first BlackBerry OS 6.0 screenshots. While this is all well and good, it no doubt left most of us wanting 6.0 before we can have it. Thankfully, theme designer Ryan Hamrick stepped up to the plate to provide us with the ‘look and feel’ of 6.0 via a new theme.
Called ‘I Dream of 6’, this new entry was inspired by the screenshots that originally hit the web. Ryan has been working on this one hard since the shots first hit us, and in the end, I have to say it doesn’t look half-bad.
‘I Dream of 6’ is fully customizable, wallpaper-friendly, packs animated menus… and is chalked-full of custom icons.
Ryan notes that a free upgrade will be available once a later version is released. He’s no doubt waiting on more 6.0 goodness before he updates the theme! ‘I Dream of 6’ is compatible with the Storm series, Bold 97xx, Tour 96xx and Curve 89xx on OS 4.7 and up.
