When it comes to the CDMA’d to-the-max BlackBerry Bold 9650, we’ve heard very little when it comes to Verizon. Sure, we’ve reported that Sprint launched it at $199 on 2-year contract, told you about a leaked OS for it, heck, we’ve even got our hands on one. But when it comes to Verizon’s variant of the 9650… Not much to go on, other than a leaked comparison chart showing the device as ‘coming soon’.
Today (thankfully), there’s a little more goodness to go around… and it’s sure to please Verizon customers eagerly awaiting their chance to get their hands on the 9650. What we’ve got here are pictures of the training materials Verizon is using to train staff on the new device. With training materials like this out in the open, and Sprint users walking the streets with 9650’s in-hand… can’t be long now until we see Verizon launch the darn thing.
Key specs on the BlackBerry Bold 9650 include:
- Full QWERTY keyboard
- Optical trackpad
- 3.2 MP camera with video
- WiFi (802.11 b/g)
- GPS
- 3.5mm headset jack
- Bluetooth
- Expandable memory to 32GB via microSD
Stay tuned for more… It’s comin’. Trust me.
