A quickie here for anyone that uses The Missing Sync for Android. The developers over at Mark/Space sent me a note detailing a small update they’ve pushed out. The update brings the app up to version 1.4, and brings many new features including phone-to-desktop calendar syncing for Microsoft Outlook and Apple iCal. To do this, Mark/Space had to create their own Android calendar app. Called Fliq, this new app works with The Missing Sync to keep your calendar events updated and in-sync between your Android device and desktop. Very cool.
If you’ve never heard of it or used it before, The Missing Sync for Android syncs all of your contacts, notes, documents, media and more between your Android-powered phone and Windows PC or Mac computer. You can even use a built-in ringtone editor to create new ringtones from your music.
