So you just left your local Sprint Store, Best Buy, Radio Shack or Wal*Mart, with your Sprint HTC EVO 4G in hand, happy as can be, right? Well, what if we were to tell you that you could have got it for $140? Still happy? Well, that’s just what Wirefly is doing!
In order to get the first 4G phone in your hands for only $140, you gotta jump through a couple of hoops first. First of all, Wirefly is offering the Sprint HTC EVO 4G for $190 without any rebates. However, In order to get that extra 50 bucks back, you need to go to Bing.com, and sign up for a Windows Live and cash back account. From there, you purchase the device through Wirefly, and when the device ships, you’ll be notified about your $50 cash back refund. Within two months, you will receive the $50 dollars cash back in the form of a check, or you could have it deposited directly into your bank account.
Sounds like a whole lot to do to get a phone, right? For some, this may be just what the doctor ordered, especially if you didn’t want to spend $200 on the HTC EVO 4G (which is worth every one of those 20,000 pennies). By the time you actually receive the device, you’ll probably have spent more on your service than you would have by just getting the thing from Sprint themselves. Kind of funny that Bing is trying to get users to come to them by helping them buy Google Phones, eh? In all fairness, according to the press release that announced the partnership between Bing and Wirefly, it seems this applies to every cell phone, netbook, or wireless card they purchase with a service plan. Pretty good deal.
Funny enough, when going to purchase the Sprint HTC EVO 4G on the Wirefly website, there’s no mention of that pesky extra 10 dollars you have to pay for 4G, even if it’s not available to you in your area. It’ll likely pop up when get your first month’s bill, though.
So does this deal make you wanna give it a go?
