Samsung is teaming-up with Zooppa to launch the user-generated marketing campaign for the Galaxy Tab. The name of the campaign is “It’s Go Time!” and it will ask users to produce videos, print and banner ads that answer the question, “If you had a Galaxy Tab, what creative things would you use it for?” Creators of the ads will have the chance to win a total of $30,000.
Entries can be submitted from October 1st to November 19th, and there are a number of prizes offered, including the Early Video Prize of $5,000 for video submissions received by October 30th. Videos submitted for the early prize will also be eligible for the grand prizes at the end of the competition on November 19th.
And that’s not all! Also as a part of the campaign, Samsung and Zoopa are offering an incentive to share video submissions – all those who share their favorite videos with five friends will be eligible for a $5,000 prize draw.
Sounds like a well envisioned campaign!
