We’re sure today’s mobile developers are having hard time tracking how their apps perform in various mobile app stores. Distimo Monitor is a helpful store analytics tool, giving them insight into the performance of their apps and their competitors’ in multiple app stores. Until now it worked with only two stores Apple’s AppStore (for both the iPhone/iPod Touch and iPad) and Google’s Android Market, and now they’re adding two new stores to mix – RIM’s BlackBerry App World and Nokia’s Ovi Store.
As you may know, Distimo Monitor provides developers with a comprehensive dashboard that includes the total daily downloads, revenues and rankings worldwide of their application(s). It’s a free software which can be used for an unlimited number of applications, requiring no application code insertions.
And the addition of two new stores is not all – Distimo Monitor plans to add additional support for other app stores in the near future. I guess their next target includes Windows Marketplace Mobile as well as various carrier-operated app stores…
