A couple of quick BlackBerry OS updates for you Berry addicts out there today. More specifically, these updates are for the Bold 9650 and Storm 2 9550. Both of these updates are official… rare to see two official OS releases on the same day!
First off is 5.0.0.983 for the 9650. It comes to us via CBeyond, a regional carrier. It’s worth noting that Verizon recently updated their 9650 users to 5.0.0.975, so we could see another push from Verizon in the near future. Bold 9650 users are getting closer and closer to BlackBerry 6.

Second is an official release of 5.0.0.983 for the BlackBerry Storm 2, 9550. It comes to us via Inland Cellular, and from all accounts it looks to be a solid (and worthwhile) update. You can grab it via the download link below:
