Take a close look at the image above. Please don’t say it doesn’t look like the BlackBerry Bold – cause it does! But it’s not “yet another BlackBerry clone,” at least not the clone in the sense we usually think of those kind of (fake) devices.
For one thing, it’s not a phone. The EFO Multi-Touch Handheld Keyboard is a Bluetooth-enabled accessory that works like a keyboard, mouse and touchpad, plus it has a laser pointer to further add that geeky touch. It can be used with your computer, smartphone, tablet or any other Bluetooth-enabled device like IPTV as long as that device supports Bluetooth HID profile.
I’m not sure I fully understand EFO’s use case(s) and all I can is imagine it being used by some *really* lazy guy or gal who like controlling every single device in his or her house from a single device, computer and phone included. If you’re in that group, or just want to experiment a little – prepare to pour out $65 which is the price of the EFO Multi-Touch Handheld Keyboard. You can grab it from here.
But before you go to spend your hard earned cash, you may want to check out EFO in action. Unfortunately, all we have is this rather dull video…
