Thanks to their Twitter account, we know some of the phones Nokia will be launching this quarter in the ever growing mobile phone market of India.
Our list starts with the Nokia X3-02 Touch and Type which supposed to be already on the market. However, something prompted the Finnish company to delay the launch to Q1 2011. In case you don’t know, we’re talking about an all-touchscreen Symbian S60-powered smartphone here.
Then there’s the Nokia X3-02, a feature phone that comes both with a touchscreen and a hardware keypad that will also hit the phone retailers’ store shelves in the same period.
Finally, Nokia C6-01 will also find its way to the Indian consumer in the first quarter. Previously, the handset maker said it will be launched in January, but again postponed the launch for some reason. As you may know from our previous posts, the C6-01 is an all-touchscreen smartphone that runs Symbian^3 just like the Nokia N8 (which is by far a better device).
Now we hope this news won’t disappoint our readers from India…
