Desire Sense UI theme makes your Nokia touchscreen smartphone look like it’s made by HTC

Theme that makes your Nokia touchscreen smartphone look like it's made by HTC

HTC has been working on its user interface for quite some time now. First they launched TouchFLO, then TouchFLO2 and then Sense, which is still hot these days. The latest version of the Sense UI runs on the Desire Z and Desire HD and even has its web-based component from where users can easily customize their devices.

All said, it’s fair to say Sense UI is the best third-party UI for Android smartphones and we’re not surprised non-HTC smartphone owners want to run it on their devices, too. That said, today we present you with the unofficial HTC Sense UI for Symbian touchscreen smartphones.

Called Desire Sense UI, it’s a theme that can work on Symbian S60 5th Edition and Symbian^3 powered handsets. What’s more, there’s a special version of the theme made for QWERTY keyboard-equipped smartphones like the Nokia N97, N97 mini and C6, which I presume supports the landscape mode.

Pretty much all of the Sense elements are built-in, including two clocks (digital and analogue), wallpapers, icons and menus. HTCsense.com integration is not on board, but that’s kinda expected.

You can get all three versions of the Desire Sense UI theme for free from this page – download links are at the bottom of the text. Enjoy! 😉
