The biggest tech/geek/music/film festival of the year is about to kick into high gear, and the IntoMobile crew will be pounding the ground in Austin, TX to bring you real-time coverage of the SXSW 2011 conference. There’s no need to feel left out of the SXSW party, as we’ll be live-streaming all the happenings from the various parties, demos, and booths on our Ustream page (video embedded below). That is, as long as our various wireless data options (WiFi, 3G, 4G, carrier pigeon) pull through.
SXSW this year will be all about the hoards of tech-savvy, smartphone-wielding conference goers hammering group messaging services like Beluga, GroupMe, and Fast Society. It should be exciting to see how the group messaging trend plays out in Austin. We’re also expecting to eating see sneak previews of some up-and-coming apps, and even more excited for the SXSW parties.
