LG’s entry-level Android smartphone, Optimus Me P350, is now available in Germany thanks to the good ol’ Amazon. The online retailer is asking for 150 EUR which is about $210, making for an awesome deal. In case you haven’t figured out, this is the price of an unlocked device, requiring no contract signing at all!
With that price point, LG should be able to move quite a few Optimus Me units. Furthermore, with some “not that expensive” carrier contract, the device will be available for free in most markets of Europe.
In addition to Germany, LG’s baby has also landed in the UK where Orange is the first to offer it. T-Mobile will also join the party or at least the “Optimus Me accessories” page on their website suggests so.
Now that the two most-important markets in Europe are cleared I would expect to see the LG launching the phone in other countries throughout the continent…
