The Control Room
There were only two employees we really came into contact with as most of Verizon’s team was out in the field. This particular room was lined with monitors looking into the super switch room. Information about the network, Verizon’s customers and more are displayed in here. If anything were to go awry with voice or data communications via the wireless network, this is where it would get taken care of.
