It’s going to be a busy month for Samsung as it plans to hold two events in New York City this month – once tomorrow, for which we’re hoping is the unveiling of the Galaxy S II for the U.S. market, and another at the end of the month. What could the May 24 event be?
Well, it’s really tough to say right now, but if we had to take a shot in the dark, we’d guess that it’s for the successor to the first Android tablet from Samsung, the Galaxy Tab. Now, we’ve seen plenty of the new Galaxy Tab 8.9 and 10.1, both at Mobile World Congress and CTIA 2011 in Orlando, but no word regarding release date or pricing.
We’ve only received notification of the event date, but official invites have yet to go out, so we’ll definitely keep you abreast of the news once it hits us. Definitely mark your calendars, though, as we’ll be there live to bring you the news as it happens!
