Vodafone UK has started taking orders (not pre-orders) for the Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray. The Android smartphone is available for free to anyone willing to commit on a two-year 26 GBP/month contract, which includes 300 minutes of talk time and half a gig of mobile data per month. Alternatively, there’s what we think a better option that involves pouring out 99 GBP upfront with a 20.50 GBP per month plan.
As you probably already know, the Xperia Ray rocks a 3.3-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen, 5-megapixel camera on the back, HSPA and Wi-Fi connectivity, 1GHz processor, GPS, Bluetooth and a memory card slot. In a nutshell, it’s a solid mid-range device made for folks who like smaller devices and are easier to carry around (in a pocket).
Anyway, you can check out Vodafone’s offering from this page and if you fancy so, pick the device along with a plan that suits your needs…
