One of my most favorite games that I have yet to write about on IntoMobile has got to be Angry Mob Games’ Muffin Knight. The game can easily be picked up and played for either a couple of minutes or hours, which if you can I’ve done by the amount of achievements I’ve unlocked in my Game Center profile. Muffin Knight has just gotten more awesome as Angry Mobs has not only released new content to celebrate Halloween, but iCloud support!
The new content that’s available for Muffin Knight is a new Graveyard level and a new character called the PumpKing who attacks enemies by rolling his pumpkin head at them. There’s also a new “Dark Lord” difficulty.
The other update that I’m most excited for is iCloud support in iOS5, which of course allows you to play the same game across multiple iOS devices. Seeing as I’m already at level 47 on the iPhone version of Muffin Knight, being able to play the same game on my iPad is something I’ve been anxiously awaiting.
Muffin Knight is only $.99, offers a ton of replayability, and even has a multiplayer mode that allows you to go up against another player to see who can collect the most muffins. Oh, and did I mention it’s available on Android with cross-platform multiplayer?
