It was quite an incredible Mobile World Congress 2012 event from HTC, as the company unwrapped its stellar One series and while we’ve already shown you the devices, we wanted to give you a look at how the event was.
CEO Peter Chou did a solid job of introducing the new phone, Sense 4 and walking us through the reasons why this could be one of the best phones of 2012. HTC is generally more subdued with its announcements – it allows carriers to generally lead with introductions – but I think this could be a turning point for how it approaches its branding. If it leads to more devices like the One, count me in.
