Nokia has officially announced the dates for the 2012 Nokia World Conference. The annual conference for all things Nokia will take place September 25th and 26th at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre in Helsinki, Finland.
The timing of Nokia World at the end of September lines up quite nicely with the expected Q4 2012 release of Windows Phone 8 Apollo, and we expect we’ll be seeing more than a few Nokia WP8 devices announced during the conference. As we learned yesterday, the list of devices released by Nokia later this year include some that take advantage of Nokia’s PureView imaging technology the company unveiled at last week’s Mobile World Congress, and hopefully Nokia will be able to slim down the technology a bit in the next 6 months.
