LG had a spectacular Mobile World Congress, announcing some of the best phones ever, like the Optimus Vu, Optimus 4X HD3, as well as the new “L-Style” series, including the Optimus L3, L5 and L7. The last mentioned device is apparently coming to Canada’s Rogers Wireless, or so we hear. The rumor is that the carrier will add LG’s baby to its “Smartphone Lite” category, which last time we checked consisted of low-to-mid end devices. The Optimus L7 will shine in such a setting, offering great value for the money to its prospective buyers. If you remember, we’re talking about an 8.7mm-thin Android Ice Cream Sandwich phone with specs that include a single-core 1GHz processor, 4.3-inch display, 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and so on…
We’ll keep our eyes on this and let you know if we hear something new. Stay tuned in the meantime, k?
