Firemint is one of those developers that takes quality over quantity. It’s one of the most successful mobile game publishers and it doesn’t get its money from flooding the App Store with a number of different titles. Rather their strategy is to release only a few carefully prepared games which are played by millions. Some of their earlier popular apps include Fight Control, Real Racing 1 & 2 and Spy Mouse.
Their latest game is Flight Control Rocket, which similarly to the original Flight Control titles is a line-drawing game where your goal is to land as many rockets as possible without crashing them into one another. Unlike the original title, however, where the game ends after you fail once – here you have 3 chances to make mistakes.
There are few game modes included as well as “a near endless number of stages,” so you’ll be entertained for quite some time. And since Flight Control Rocket costs just a buck (99 cents to be more precise), there’s really no reason why you shouldn’t grab it this very second. You’ll like love it. 😉
