SugarSync updated its iPad app to take advantage of the brand new Retina display. But that’s not all — the popular cloud-based service is not only looking sharper, it is also faster thanks to a number of under-the-hood tweaks. Here’s what’s new:
- Brand new UI with links to your devices, photos and some other things occupying the left side of the screen, leaving the bigger right part for all the action. Moreover, most popular features, photo and video backup, are now promptly placed on the home screen allowing for super quick access. Plus there are new sexy-lookin’ 3D icons, with (for instance) folders appearing as though they are stacked on top of other folders as you navigate deeper within the file path.
- Ability to see the contents of many folders at once and open files in any level with one tap. As a result, SugarSync says that browsing photos, opening documents and getting stuff done just got a whole lot faster…
So what can we say – if you’re a SugarSync user and a new iPad owner, you’ll want to update. On the other hand, if you still haven’t tried out SugarSync, now’s your chance to give it a try. Hit the link below and take it from there…
