Nokia has teamed up with The Dark Knight Rises movie to deliver a special edition back cover for the Lumia 710 Windows Phone handset with the movie logo on the back. It comes in the standard cyan, magenta, yellow, black, or white colors available with the regular Lumia 710.
If you drop by a T-Mobile store, you can pick up one of these phones with a TDKR cover for free after signing up for a two-year contract and a $50 mail-in rebate. The Lumia 710 will come pre-installed with the cover. If you already own the phone, you can just pick up the cover for free and swap out the back plate. The offer starts tomorrow, June 20th, and ends on August 31st.
Nokia is also promoting The Dark Knight Rises Windows phone app available for any Lumia handset. You can connect your Foursquare account to choose between Batman and Bane or check-in to certain locations and earn exclusive movie-related rewards. You’ll also find insider information about the movie, a countdown clock until the premiere, theaters and showtimes, and goodies like The Dark Knight Rises wallpapers, ringtones, and the movie trailer.
